Over the summer we’ve been having some amazing feedback with small cohort coaching groups. One engineer got the job of her dreams with a medical engineering company, another achieved chartered status, and a third received multiple awards.
Having a coach for many of us is something others do. It’s for executives or high flyers. Mostly it’s because we don’t believe in investing in ourselves. It seems so expensive. Over the last three years we’ve developed and refined our group coaching programme – Momentum – it’s a monthly programme. We’ve also piloted and refined Momentum Kickstarter – six sessions that run over two months. We only run this 3 times a year – and are starting in mid-September.
