KATALYTIK facilitates the creation and sharing of knowledge, skills, ideas and best practice in diversity and inclusion. We can be a central point of advice, support and training working nationally, across Europe and worldwide.

What information do we hold about you?
Personal data is any data that identifies you as an individual. If you have been in touch with us before, perhaps through involvement at an event, taking part in a project, through general enquiries about an ongoing relationship with KATALYTIK, providing consultancy, services, or through face-to-face meetings and exchanging business cards, we hold the personal data you have provided us on our GDPR compliant services that may include Eventbrite, Freeagent, Mailchimp and SurveyMonkey or other tools as well as within our secure Office 365 service from Microsoft.
This personal information may include your name, email address, postal address of your place of work, telephone number, mobile number, affiliated organisations and job title. The amount of information will vary depending on the way in which KATALYTIK is interacting with you.
The way in which your information is processed depends on the method and purpose of your contact with KATALYTIK.
Keeping your information safe and up-to-date
Your data is held on a secure database with a trusted provider who meets our high ethical standards and complies with KATALYTIK data protection and information security requirements and procedures. We will not share your information with a third party or transfer information to a country or territory outside the EEA (European Economic Area) unless that country or territory ensures an adequate level of protection for the rights, and freedoms of data subjects in relation to the processing of personal data. In the unlikely event that personal data needs to be transferred outside the EEA, your personal information will be anonymised.
Any of our sub-contractors are required to adhere to KATALYTIK confidentiality, data protection and information security requirements and procedures.
We are committed to making sure we have the most current information for you. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is accurate and up-to-date, and our membership data is reviewed annually.
