Working with UCL, where Jan Peters is an honorary lecturer, we have established an innovative project -
‘Set to Lead’ - to develop inclusive leadership resources for undergraduate engineering and technology students.
The project will include a series of open days for women students hosted by engineering and technology
employers. The project will be reporting on a blog hosted by UCL.
Working in partnership with Catalyst we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the
contract to deliver the STEM Ambassador programme in Dorset and Wiltshire. A new website for the
region will be launched later in the summer and all enquiries should in the first instance should be
directed to ambassadors@gocatalyst.co.uk

Announced today is the publication of the EHRC report into diversity in the construction
sector undertaken by Katalytik. The report finds green shoots of spring but key areas for
improvement. In usual Katalytik style we have presented a framework for further action to
help the sector and also made recommendations around a sector wide campaign. The report
can be downloaded from the EHRC website. Read the News release
