SET Fair, Greenfield report on women in science Katalytik principle associate Jan Peters managed the background policy work and subsequently the three working groups, the main panel and report production for this landmark report on women in SET which resulted in four key recommendations to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, the Rt Hon Patricia Hewitt to: • Establish a working science centre • A fellowship scheme • Programme for returners to SET • A diversity scoreboard for STEM employers The UK Resource Centre for Women in SET and the national RETURN campaign are the result of this piece of work.
