Making projects and partnerships work Made with Xara Different Women Different Places Born from an idea by a group of black professional women from south London this study was undertaken between the Diversity Practice and Katalytik. An online survey of 300 black and Asian women was supported by face to face interviews with women leaders, roundtable discussions and a networking event in association with the BCS. A third of respondents identified themselves as working in science related areas. The findings of the study produced ‘factor 8’ an eight point plan that defined the elements of leadership of black and Asian women. The executive summary is available to download and copies of the report are available on request. Making projects and partnerships work Legal Legal © Katalytik Ltd 2004 - 2010 all rights reserved.
